QueryTek Review™ is the managed document review product in the QueryTek family, built for HIPAA-aligned managed workflows. It handles review of sensitive material where the question is not only whether the work was done well but whether the organization can demonstrate who saw what, when, and under which standard.
QueryTek Review is a workflow product, not a storage product. Its subject is the review pass: material arrives, is evaluated against a defined standard by people qualified to apply it, disagreements are resolved through a named path, and the outcome is recorded well enough to be explained months later.
Organizations reviewing regulated, sensitive, or externally scrutinized material need both the review and the account of it. A review whose reasoning cannot be reconstructed is difficult to defend, whatever its quality at the time. The same record serves the people who commissioned the work, who can see what was reviewed, against which standard, and what came back without reconstructing it from email threads.
Naming the product boundary also keeps obligations honest: Review holds the managed-workflow commitments, while tenancy and access are platform capabilities described in the platform glossary.
QueryTek Review is the anchor term for the managed review product; sibling terms in this glossary define its workflow and evaluation vocabulary. Product commitments follow the approved claims register, and feature-level attestations are provided through direct engagement.
