Acceptable Use — QueryTek™ (querytek.io)
This policy applies to individuals who access or use querytek.io and related QueryTek™ marketing web surfaces operated by Extanto Technology, LLC ("we," "us").
It describes expected conduct when browsing our marketing site, following product links, or contacting us through published channels. Product applications on separate domains (for example review.querytek.io) are governed by their own terms.
Permitted use
Use querytek.io for lawful purposes: learning about QueryTek products and platform capabilities, following published links to register or engage with products, and contacting us through approved email or external product URLs.
Prohibited conduct
You must not, and must not attempt to:
- Violate applicable law or infringe others' rights
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of querytek.io or related systems without prior written authorization
- Circumvent or defeat security controls or impose unreasonable load on the site
- Introduce malware or disrupt service availability
- Mine, scrape, or harvest data you are not entitled to access
- Misrepresent identity or affiliation when contacting us
- Use the site to send unsolicited bulk communications, phishing, or deceptive content
Product and external links
Links to QueryTek product hosts and partner surfaces leave querytek.io. Your use of those services is subject to their policies and agreements.
Reporting abuse
To report a suspected violation of this policy, contact support@querytek.io with relevant details. Avoid sending secrets or unnecessary personal data in unsolicited email.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required. Response may include blocking abusive traffic, removing access, or other remedies available under law.
